I was going to write one of those year-in-review type posts,
but it just doesn’t want to be written or shared just yet. So today I want to
share a recent oddity that illustrates my life.
This last Saturday I was reading a book on a subject I’m devoted
to when a name popped up. Hermes Trismegistus. I read it and filed it away.
Other than being an odd name, at that point it had not grabbed my attention.
Later the same day, we ventured out to the local library. I
went to the shelf where the books that cover the subject are and what to my
surprise was there? “The Secret History of Hermes Trismegistus”
