Well good news. Last Thursday I saw a job on the Work Source Website and applied. Friday I had an interview and yesterday they called. It wasn't the front desk position that I applied for, but they offered me housekeeping.
Today was my first day. It wasn't too bad, but people are pigs! I saw things that astounded me. When I stay in a hotel, I am always thinking about the mess I leave behind for those poor people. Well now I know most people don't think about it.
Please have some kindness and compassion and clean up after yourselves.... :)

A Working Woman....

Hang in there, girl! Sometimes you do have to take a job you don't like in order to have something to put on your resume for something better. Oh, and I always do a bit of cleaning before we leave our hotel AND we leave a tip too. :)

Sadly it only lasted three days. I wasn't fast enough. I am currently looking for another job. :/
