Okay first and foremost, I've done it. I am currently at work on a Christmas fanfic. Yes I know, but I had to start somewhere and it wanted to be written, more than anything else.

Hey it's the first thing I've written creatively in nine long months, well since the fabric of my life unraveled. Let me tell you it has been disheartening to look back over the last nine months and see nothing written. I know all of this tragedy has reshaped me as a person, but I cringe at all the lost time, and the loss of my creativity. That is the curse that comes along with the blessing of growing as a person and gaining self-awareness.
On another note, I made the Dean's List in my first quarter in college. Talk about firsts...an A in math, and now the Dean's List! I continually surprise myself with what I am capable of.
On another note, I want to talk about the richness of the season, and I don't mean the money people spend on presents. I mean the small riches, such as angels disguised as mere mortals! People that touch me in ways, I never imagined were possible. So my wish this Christmas is for everybody to slow down and see the richness around them. I have met some very special people on here, people that continually inspire me, and push me to live an even better life.
