The Write Life

Seducing hearts, one story at a time, Author - Crystal R. Martin

So here I am again on Monday, this time with a post. This has been a very weird couple days. I actually drove one-hundred eleven miles by myself on Saturday to attend my first Renaissance Fair. It was in Bonney Lake Washington which is north of me.

It was a fantastic learning experience. I was a bit disappointed in the fact that there were very few vendors. Most of my reason for going was to see the vendor stuff. I did pick up one great piece.

I stayed maybe an hour and a half and then headed back. When I hit Chehalis, which is half an hour from home, I was excited to discover a Rue 21. Have I mentioned how much I love their dresses? Well here is why.

I bought this beautiful one because roses. Oh and also in case you missed it, I posted an updated picture of myself on G+ Click the G to see it and scroll down. Its only two or three posts down. I did it on Thursday. The reason being is I went back to my brown hair.

The other new thing I must share is this. Anyone who knows what a Midori Traveler's Notebook is, raise your hand? Yeah, you in the back, you know. For those that don't know, it's a high end leather journal from Japan. I am in love, after many YouTube DIY videos. You can easily search it by looking for Midori Notebooks. I have just ordered my first one from Amazon. I bought a standard size brown one. Here is a link to show you what you are missing.

I have been crafty lately, junk journaling/smash booking. The creativity is feeding my writer, so soon I promise I will have something new for you to read. I will also share my thoughts once my Midori arrives. Write stuff, love people, and I'll be back next week.

Love the necklace. I haven't worn a pentacle in far too long a time. It totally makes me think about getting one again.

Love the dress and the necklace,Crystal! And your road trip sounded awesome! :)
