Here I am again, I solemnly promised, and I’m holding myself accountable. So wanna hear funny? The last time I updated, I had just lost my niece. Remember that Celebration of Life, I mentioned? I wrote my last post on March 23rd.

I was feeling a bit off, with a headache and I had a quiet day. That night I developed a fever. I went to work the next day. Friday. You won’t believe it. I still kind of don’t. I was told by a co-worker, that the produce people had all just returned from having the “Rona”, and I should test.

    F%#$%#$&#%#$%#$%#%K!

I came home on lunch and of course it was + immediately. I slept for over a week, just too tired to do much of anything. I coughed, but it didn't drop into my lungs. Weeks later and I’m still just exhausted. I missed my niece’s celebration. Then as I returned to work, I endured a three-day suspension due to my own sick brain. It’s been a couple weeks, hasn’t it?

I’ve written some new words, so there’s that. Plus because of some unspoken of excitement, I pulled my Cricut out of the box and put it to use. I made an iron on for a t-shirt. I will share the details later. Right now, it’s still a secret project. Here’s the funny part, up to that point, the Cricut sat brand new in box on a shelf for two plus years. Let’s just say I was intimidated. Not so much now.

My birthday approaches quickly, this coming Friday. I do have an amazon wish list under my name if anybody feels generous. I have mixed feelings this year. I had plans, but that fell by the wayside. I’m just kind of weary, truthfully. Okay off to write. I gotta get this story on paper, it won’t write itself. I will check in again soon, much love.
