Hi Darlings,

I’m back again with fun updates. I’d better back up a tiny bit. Over a week ago now, an artist I love dropped her new album. As I hadn’t pre-ordered it, I decided to try and get my hands on it the day it came out. I called Target and they said, “Yeah we’ll have it, but prepare for a line.” Target opens at eight a.m. We were there at six-thirty. I wanted to make sure I would get a copy. We were the only people there until five minutes before eight. I was the whole line. Tell me you live in a small town without telling me.

That same day, we left for vacation, and drove down the coast. It was wonderful, we had lunch at the Tillamook Cheese Creamery and bought goodies. I got confirmation from my mom, that I was on the right track. Saturday morning saw us up early and on the road to Newport. I met up with my sister, and we released my mom’s ashes near Yachats Oregon. It’s been a long time coming. We left her in a beautiful spot where the Pacific Ocean would wash her out to sea. A funny aside, she did blow back into my eye like in the movies. I felt lighter afterwards. Sunday, I had a nice a birthday in Newport visiting the aquarium, and having lunch at my favorite pub. On Monday we started back, and while in Lincoln City we were in a car accident.

Thank goddess my significant other’s car remained running, and we limped home.  On Wednesday I had to visit the E.R. I had to endure a shot of Toradol. I don’t how many experience that warm prickly heat where you get dizzy, the room spins, and your stomach rises? Yeah…I was curled up on the bed, with a little vomit bag. I did not throw up. Someone was watching over me. :D

It was quite a week, you say? Absolutely. The ocean was beautiful and balanced everything out making it worthwhile. Part of my heart lives there. I just finished one of my favorite books so far this year. I now have a new favorite musician to add to my playlist. I’ll think of ways to drop clues, and maybe you all will throw out some guesses? It will be fun…right? First clue, a lyric from a song. “Smell the sea and feel the sky.” Good Luck. I’ll be back soon with another clue. Love you all, Keep dreaming, and creating. MWAH!

So how are you all managing during Mercury Retrograde? It’s almost over. Me…well it’s been a wild ride. I made the choice, knowing Mercury was wreaking havoc and teaching lessons, to dye my hair. Yeah. I’ll share the link so you can watch me share the story.

Hair Dye Story

Outside of that it’s been kind of quiet. We house sat for our vacation and my significant-other’s friend flew in from Chicago to spend a few days. We all went to the coast and good times were had. While at the coast, I found the most beautiful goddess, Aphrodite. Sadly Blogger won't load the pictures properly. Here's the link to my Instagram picture.

And lastly my Crofton Pot arrived today, thanks to my friend Becca! Thank you again. It is so beautiful. She was able to grab it at a nearby Aldi. Here in southwest Washington, we don’t even have Aldi. It is a twelve-quart oven safe pot.

I’m back to work now, and back to my regular routine. I wish I had more exciting updates, but soon I will. Mercury goes direct next Sunday, Thank Goddess.

    Love you all.
